RFQ #27022-A STARR’S MILL EDUCATIONAL FACILITY BUILDING MODIFICATIONS
Fayette County, Georgia is seeking quotes from qualified and licensed contractors in the State of Georgia for renovations and code-compliance modifications to the existing building, commonly referred to as the “Flex” Building, located within the Starr’s Mill Park Facility at 115 Waterfall Way, Fayetteville, Georgia 30215. You are invited to submit a quote in accordance with the information contained herein.
A mandatory pre-quote conference and site visit will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 115 Waterfall Way, Fayetteville, GA 30215. The pre-quote conference will allow contractors to review the project requirements, inspect existing conditions to better understand the scope of work, and allow an opportunity to ask questions.
Quotes will be received at the County complex, 140 Stonewall Avenue West, Suite 204, Fayetteville, GA 30214, until 3:00pm on Friday, August 28, 2026. You may also submit your quote through the U. S. Postal Service, email, fax, courier service (e.g. UPS or FedEx) or in person.
