Library staff member Rachel Parrott recently had a short story chosen for inclusion in 818, a collection of poetry and short stories published by Old Capitol Press in Milledgeville. The anthology contains selected written works from librarians and library workers from across the state. The title, 818, refers to the Dewey Decimal Number belonging to the sub-category of literature, miscellaneous works of American fiction.
