Fayette County employee Deborah Sims was awarded the Incentive Suggestion Service Award at the September 1, 2004 Board of Commissioners Meeting. This award is given to an employee who submits a suggestion for the betterment of the County whereby saving money, resources and/or manpower. Ms. Sims’ suggestion to the Incentive Committee was a more efficient means of coverage of the switchboard operator during the lunch hour. For her winning suggestion she will receive either a monetary or intangible award.
Ms. Sims works for the Leisure Services Development Division/Engineering Department.
