Master Plan Kelly Park

On March 10, 2005, the Fayette County Board of Commissioners adopted the Kelly Park Master Plan.  This plan designates passive recreation facilities which are sensitive to the Kelly Park Property and the surrounding area.  Development and Construction of the Kelly Park Property will occur as determined by the Board approved CIP budget.

Public Notice: Special Called Meeting

Please be advised that the Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Meeting on Saturday, March 19th, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the public meeting room, 140 Stonewall Avenue, Fayetteville, Georgia.

Appointment of Acting County Administrator

At the February 24, 2005 Board of Commissioners meeting, the Board voted unanimously to appoint the Division Director of Community Development, Christine Venice, as Acting County Administrator, effective immediately. She replaces Chris Cofty, who had served as County Administrator since 2000.

The Fayette Foxy Red Hat & a Perky Purple will be hosting an " A Regal Red Hat Affair" on April 23 to celebrate "National Red Hat Society Day". Registration Deadline is April 10.
