| 07.29.04 | Election News:Absentee and Advance Voting are available NOW from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM in the Fayette County Elections Office, Suite 208, 140 Stonewall Avenue West, Fayetteville. Advance Voting is available Monday - Friday August 2 - 6 for voters who wish to cast ballots early without having to provide one of the statutory reasons that apply to traditional absentee voting. Absentee Voting is available Monday - Friday August 2 - 9 for voters who meet statutory requirements, such as age 75 or older, disability or absence from precinct on Election Day, August 10. Fayette County REGISTERED VOTERS who did NOT vote on July 20, MAY vote in the August 10 Runoff. Voters who did vote on July 20 have several options for voting in the August 10 Runoff....Full Story |

Landfill Loading SpecialAugust 2 – 6 the Fayette County Landfill will load free mulch daily from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. This is for one week only. Mulch is normally loaded only on Fridays. The Landfill is located at 221 First Manassas Road and their phone number is 770-719-1183. |
