The Zoning Board of Appeals members, the Planning & Zoning Staff, and the County Attorney’s Office presented a painting by Patsy Gullett which highlights various landmarks in Fayette County to David Bartosh who has served on the Zoning Board of Appeals from 1997 through 2005.
