The Public Safety Games concluded two weeks of competition, with Peachtree City Fire Department winning the overall competition. Peachtree City Police Department came in a close second. The games were a huge success, helping to build camaraderie between public safety officials from Fayette County and surrounding municipalities.
The trophy will remain with the department until next year’s competition. This annual sponsored by the Fayette County Parks and Recreation Department continues to grow in popularity each year.
