At a groundbreaking ceremony on August 16, Fayette officials will mark the beginning of the development of a 172-acre park in the Kenwood area of north Fayette County.

The public is invited to join the County Commissioners for the groundbreaking at 10:00 a.m on August 16. The location of the event will be on the east side of State Highway 279 north of the intersection with Kenwood Road....
