The Fayette County legislative delegation, represented by State Representative Virgil Fludd, presented members of the Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services with a resolution at the March 23rd County Commission Meeting. House Resolution 1252 was signed by every member of the delegation and adopted in the State House on February 2, 2006. This resolution commends the Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services for their quick response to the devastating tornado that ravaged several areas in the county on January 2, 2006.
