The Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, February 25, 2008, has been cancelled.

In October 2007 the state of Georgia was put under a Level IV Drought Advisory which meant no outdoor watering was allowed.  The Governor ordered additional water restrictions effective November 1, 2007. Fayette County has actively engaged in extensive efforts to conserve water resources.
