Driver's License Information
If you are relocating from outside of Georgia, you must obtain a Georgia
driver's license within 30 days of establishing residency here.
Documentation requirements are posted on the Department

Driver's tests are given at the Department of Motor Vehicle Safety Driver License
Office in Fayetteville from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
Applicants should note that all tests stop at 4:30 p.m.
