Fire Department Promotes New Officers

On Thursday July 26th two new officers were sworn in by Commission Chairman Jack Smith. Randy Hitch was promoted to the position of Operations Captain. Captain Hitch is assigned at station 3 in Tyrone. Captain Hitch is a 13 year veteran with Fire and Emergency Services. Jason Crenshaw was promoted to the position of Operations Lieutenant. Lieutenant Crenshaw is assigned to station 6 in Brooks. Lieutenant Crenshaw is an 8 year veteran with Fire and Emergency Services. The swearing in ceremony took place at the commission meeting in the public meeting room.
