Fayette County Extension Service is a partnership of The University of Georgia,Fayette County Government, Fort Valley State University, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It exists to serve all the people of Fayette County.
Educational work is conducted in the fields of
- Agriculture and Natural Resources
- Family and Consumer Sciences,
- 4-H Youth Development.
Relevant and timely programs are planned specifically for Fayette County. These programs are planned by citizens, Extension personnel and county leaders.
The Cooperative Extension Service offers educational programs, assistance and materials to all people without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex or disability.
