Junior Master Gardener Program

Open to boys and girls in grades 3-5, our Fayette County JMG group will meet in Fayetteville the First and Third Thursday of the month from October through May from 4-6pm. This group will be limited to 20 participants on a first come-first served basis.
There is a registration fee which includes handbook and materials. Registrations will be accepted between August 15th and August 30th each year.

About JMG
The Junior Master Gardener Program is a new and innovative 4-H youth gardening project. Level One of the JMG program is designed for children in grades 3 to 5. It is modeled after the highly successful Master Gardener Program and offers horticultural and environmental science education, leadership and life skills development through fun and creative activities. This program is committed to helping young people become good gardeners and good citizens so they can make a positive contribution to their community, school and family.
