The following Election Dates have been set for 2009. Fayette County has not scheduled elections on all these dates, but has them set up as determined by the Secretary of State to conduct Special and Runoff elections if required:

4:30 P.M. Last day for a candidate for municipal office to file a Notice of Candidacy to have his/her name placed on the Municipal General Election Ballot. 21-2-132-(d)(3). |
