Requirements for Marriage License

Both Applicants Must Have:

A photo identification issued by a government agency either a drivers license, government identification or a passport.

Both parties need to come in together to apply between the hours of 8:00 AM AND 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will need to know the place of birth and name at birth of your mother and father.

The cost of the license is $76.00 unless the couple has completed a six hour qualifying premarital education program and then the cost for the couple is $36.00. To qualify, the premarital education must be performed by: a professional counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist; a psychiatrist or psychologist; or an active member of the clergy.

WE ACCEPT CASH OR MONEY ORDERS

A blood test is not required.
