Firearms License
Applications for Firearms Licenses are accepted Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must be made at the Fayette County Probate Court.
Residency and age must be proven either by a drivers license or identification issued by Georgia State Patrol.
Applicants must be legal residents of Fayette County and at least 21 years of age. If you were not born in the United States, you must bring proof that you are a U.S. citizen, or proof of legal entry into the United States, i.e. resident alien card.
FIREARM LICENSE APPLICATION FEE IS $47.00.
