Georgia Weapons Carry License

Applications for Firearms Licenses are accepted Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Fayette County Probate Court.

Residency and age must be proven either by a drivers license or state ID card. applicants must be legal residents of Fayette County and at least 21 years of age.

FIREARM LICENSE APPLICATION FEE IS $79.25 (cash only).
