This schedule reflects the current meeting format for meetings as follows: Regular Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7 p.m*.: Agendas for these “Regular” meetings can include any subject but in particular, matters of interest to the general public such as, but not limited to, public hearings on rezoning petitions, budget discussions, and requests from County Departments that require action by the Board. Agendas are prepared and published in advance. All sessions are open to the public and are attended by members of the Press. Wednesday Workshop Meetings: The Board of Commissioners will no longer hold regularly scheduled Wednesday Workshop Meetings, however, the Board reserves the right to schedule Workshop meetings on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Cancelled meetings, special called meetings, Workshop meetings, and special topic workshops are announced in accordance with requirements of State Law. *PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, THE TYPICAL MEETING DATES ARE OFTEN ALTERED TO ACCOMMODATE HOLIDAY SCHEDULES.
